Hellborn

There are times when it is just impossible to deal with the drudgery of everyday life. There is a human for whom I have an irrational dislike. I would like to change my situation so as never to be in proximity to this individual. I don't see an easy way of making that happen and if it ain't easy then it is about impossible with the way I am. Can't change my reaction, can't change my situation. Can change my reaction: just don't react and don't reinforce or acknowledge any ill-will I may think I'm feeling. In other words: distract self from the thought of anger, ill-will or whatever unacceptable reaction you are harboring. Deflect the negative thought at the very first sign of it. Contradiction: being on guard against a certain thought requires constantly monitoring for the occurrence of that thought.
