MN 740
I got an MN 740 wireless adapter for the Xbox at the thrift store for cheap. Well, I don't have an Xbox and I don't want one. I'm just thinking I could connect my computer to my wireless modem through this adapter. I saw some references to this in an Internet search. I've just scratched the surface but I'm afraid the adapter cannot be reconfigured by non-programmer types like myself. We'll see.

Lawn Mower
Bought an $89 (plus tax) lawn mower at the St Vinnies Annex shortly after noon today. It is a 6 hp Craftsman. Model ??? It leaks a bit of oil but the oil consumption ain't going to be a big deal for me. Maybe that is why it was donated to St Vinnies but it doesn't compromise the utility of the machine. I want to get a bicycle lock for the thing. Even though that wouldn't be very secure, at least some thief wouldn't be able to walk away with my mower without any trouble at all. So will do that tomorrow.
I mowed most of the lawn. Was working on the deep grass in the back when the gas ran out so will get gas and a lock tomorrow. After the gas ran out I tipped the machine on its' side and used my Dremel tool to sharpen the blade which had some dings on it which I smoothed out.
