Oatmeal

Water; 1&1/2 cups
Old Fashioned Quaker Oats; 3/4 cup
Salt; 1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon; dash

Boil lightly for about five minutes, then let sit for a couple minutes. In a nice cereal bowl add about one half cup of real milk and a goodly amount of brown sugar and enjoy. With the amount of sugar I use, this breakfast yields about 435 calories.
